My practice is dedicated to helping those who are struggling with a challenge in their life.

I am a Board Certified Marriage and Family Therapist Intern and have my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University.  I have a wide range of experience counseling a variety of populations, ranging from children, adolescents, families, and adults.

Some of the areas I specialize in include depression, anxiety, grief and loss, children of divorce, childhood anxiety, child behavior problems, parenting skills, abuse, trauma, family issues, and relationship/marital difficulties.  My approach in therapy is to explore your concerns, provide psychoeducation (learn about the issue from the research) to gain insight into what you are experiencing, and then work toward developing skills to improve your situation.  It is a collaborative approach, because everyone is different, and different people respond better to different types of treatment.  So, I draw upon my experience and knowledge as a therapist, and then we work together to find solutions to best meet your needs.

I offer a free, in person consultation for a full 50 minute session.  In this way, we can get to know each other a little first, you can explain your concerns, we can determine if it seems to be a good fit, without any obligation on your part.  It is my hope that you will utilize this opportunity as a first step toward gaining some relief from the struggles you are facing in your life, and as an opportunity for support, and growth.  I offer therapy for children, couples and individuals at my office in Westlake Village, California.

I currently provide therapy and counseling services to the following communities: Calabasas, Agoura Hills, Oak Park, Malibu, Thousand Oaks, Newbury Park, Moorpark, Simi Valley, Camarillo, and the San Fernando Valley.
